Infrequently, in the absence of our organist, I would 'play' hymns for the Grace Episcopal Church 10:30 Sunday service.What I did was play the prerecorded selections on the two manual and pedals electronic organ using the recorder at left of the music desk. It was not long before folks realized that it was a recording and I was not playing. My limited piano/organ playing experience was insufficient, although I do have a thorough understanding of how electronic and pipe organs work.
