While at GenRad, we developed our first custom integrated circuit (IC or 'Chip', part number 5434-0130) here celebrated with a cake made by Mary Lacey. An actual IC is at the lower right of the cake pan.

![Each year since 1987, I have created a Family Event Calendar listing birthdays, other important family events and holiday/seasonal events. There are currently (2013 Calendar) 110 events. The first Calendar (1987, see January insert above) was created entirely with Microsoft Visual Basic; I now use modern calendar Apps. The self-portrait [Calendar Guru] was made in the early years. <br />
