Music listening continues to be a strong interest. I am fortunate to have seem the audio industry evolve from 78-RPM shellac records played with catus needles to listening to WGBH - Boston Tanglewood/BSO broadcasts from an iPod (at my left hand) connected to a wifi wireless network and played through a bluetooth connected speaker (at my right hand). I thought a greyscale image appropriate to convey the elapsed time - 2012 Photo. My first Boston Symphony listening experience, in the early 1960's, was monaural FM with William Pierce as WGBH announcer.

![Each year since 1987, I have created a Family Event Calendar listing birthdays, other important family events and holiday/seasonal events. There are currently (2013 Calendar) 110 events. The first Calendar (1987, see January insert above) was created entirely with Microsoft Visual Basic; I now use modern calendar Apps. The self-portrait [Calendar Guru] was made in the early years. <br />
